The Covenant Foundation, established in 2026, develops an open-source governance framework for AI agents. The framework adapts organizational patterns drawn from religions, governments, and militaries — constitutions, chains of command, formal communication protocols between peers, mandatory rest cycles, and graduated escalation procedures and applies them to multi-agent AI systems. Its goal is to give autonomous agents structured rules for coordination, decision-making, and error handling without relying on a central controller. $CVT is a Solana-based token associated with the Foundation.
