Nerite is a decentralized stablecoin protocol deployed on Arbitrum that issues USDN, an overcollateralized USD-pegged stablecoin. It is a governance-minimized, friendly fork of Liquity V2 with an exclusive code license. Users open collateralized debt positions (Troves) by depositing assets such as WETH, wstETH, rETH, weETH, rsETH, ARB, COMP, or tBTC, and borrow USDN at an interest rate they choose and can adjust at any time. USDN is always redeemable 1:1 for $1.00 worth of underlying collateral. The protocol also features Stability Pools where USDN holders earn sustainable yield from borrower interest, liquidations, and incentives.
